A for ACE
The A in LGBTQIA+ stands for asexual, not ally. Imagine if any other letter were removed from the acronym to make way for a non-queer identity. Removing asexuals to make room for a non-queer makes invisible an orientation that is actively working to shed the title “invisible orientation.” It’s degrading and disrespectful to aces, including those on the aflux, demi and grey spectrums.
This organization seeks to help the bi community thrive through resources, support, and celebration.
